The hotel was the perfect size for two people, although it was a bit confusing to find reception at first, but that just added to the adventure! The service was top-notch with helpful and friendly staff explaining all available amenities, making the stay very pleasant. The central location gave us access to everything we wanted to experience in Melbourne, though the view was a bit sad but the staff made up for it with their friendliness.

The location was prime, central to everything in a new and clean area close to Melbourne Central. The dining experience was fantastic with a wide variety on offer but needed to be kept warmer. The facilities were well-equipped and maintained.
